Job summary

Carrols Corporation’s Burger King unit is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety while coaching the team for a superior guest experience.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, and drive results. This entry-level leadership role offers pathways to higher coordinator opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development opportunities.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory.
