Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols Corporation leads shifts, coaches Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and ensures quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving sales and profitability.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to uphold BK standards, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Compensation reflects hourly wage with benefits varying by location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards, encourage fresh ideas, remove roadblocks, and model hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, ensure maintenance, and uphold cash control & security protocols.
