Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone for guest service, and support daily operations.

You will train staff, manage food service, inventory, cash handling, and safety while delivering consistent, friendly service and solving problems on shift.

This role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance to General or Co-Manager as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Drive Operational Excellence and ensure standards are met.
• Train and guide your team to meet RaceTrac's guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
