You’ll plan each shift, supervise crew, monitor safety and profitability, communicate with the next shift, and help departments meet goals. Must be 18+ with leadership experience and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off responsibilities.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and help departments meet goals.
