McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant. The role provides leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and maintaining food safety and quality standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, meeting McDonald’s standards, and teaching the next Shift Manager. Prior leadership in hospitality is preferred, with a flexible schedule and 18+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be part of a team.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with next Shift Manager.
