Weber Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Creswell, OR team. You will help maintain fast service, ensure food safety, and lead a small crew during daily operations in a busy restaurant.

You will open and close the store, monitor labor and costs, coach teammates, and resolve guest concerns with a positive, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. Eligible applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work, with prior restaurant or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to obtain/hold a food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast service and resolve guest complaints quickly.
• Oversee opening/closing duties; manage labor and food costs.
• Ensure product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example; provide feedback and encourage teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with the team and managers.
• Implement marketing programs and upsell while keeping restaurant clean and safe.
