Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You’ll support the management team, provide coaching to crew members, and help ensure tasks are performed efficiently to keep the store running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, are 18+ years old, and excel in guest service and time management to keep a fast-paced environment moving forward.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong guest service and time management skills.
