Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store operations and lead the team on shift. You will ensure customers receive the CARE level of service and maintain the quality of our products, including our famous coffee offerings.

This role emphasizes team leadership, deployment, and achieving drive-thru performance goals. As the next step in leadership, you will support the General Manager, mentor teammates, and help the store meet its performance targets while growing your management

• Ensure every customer receives the CARE (Customers Are Really Everything) level of service.
• Focus on fast, friendly, and energetic service while maintaining quality control of products.
• Lead crew deployment, drive-thru performance, set goals, communicate results and maintain the red book execution.
