Qualifications

• Some college or degree preferred.
• 1 year experience preferably in the food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to established procedures and health regulations.
• Shift Readiness – plan for each shift, assign stations, and build team enthusiasm.
• Direct Your Shift – lead the shift, maintain standards, and address issues.
• Follow Up – evaluate shift results and communicate with management on performance and concerns.
