Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader in Colorado. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, fosters Wingstop culture, and develops a high-performing team. Training is provided to ready candidates for leadership progression toward a General Manager role.

Candidates should be ready to work flexible hours, learn cash handling, and ensure safety and quality across shifts. This position offers growth with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred but not required; entry-level leadership path.
• Food Handler Certification required after hire.
• 6 months experience using a POS system.
• Adhere to cash handling, safety, and attendance policies.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Drive operations by managing sales and controlling labor and food costs.
• Ensure a safe restaurant environment and promote Wingstop culture.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a guest-first attitude.
• Coach and develop shift team members; communicate with leadership.
• Handle cash policies and resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Maintain facilities to Wingstop standards and report needs.
