Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences at our Lawton, OK location. You will oversee food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness while guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high quality standards
• Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes
