Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education demonstrating a commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant and be accessible to meet its needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities and duties.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs.
• Ensure all Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform duties and meet expectations.

• Attend training to stay current on industry trends and participate in meetings.
