Hardee's Restaurants, LLC in South Carolina is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor with daily management duties, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's business plan and team performance. You will lead shift activities, deliver quality product and service, and support training and meetings.

The role requires 2–3 years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and strong planning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Must have approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education demonstrating a commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant and be accessible to meet its needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
