Einstein Bros. Bagels in Springfield, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to help the General Manager motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll open and close the store with minimal supervision, uphold quality and safety standards, and seize growth opportunities within the brand. The role offers a supportive schedule with no evenings or nights and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license preferred or required at some locations.
