RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead store teams and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll set the tone, guide operations, and coach teammates to perform at a high level during each shift.

You will build a culture of accountability, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and support inventory, cash-handling, and promotional activities. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and the role offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume guest-focused environments.
