Job summary

CVS Health in Maryville, TN is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on excellent customer service. When managers are offsite, you lead the store staff to ensure smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, merchandise, and maintain presentation standards, while adapting to a 25-hour weekly schedule and base pay in the $16.00–$23.00 per hour range.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store staff by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise, price, stock and reset departments per planograms.
