• Ability to open/close and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: greet customers, answer questions, promote memberships and services.
• Operations & Safety: direct vehicles, ensure proper positioning, monitor equipment, follow safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: lead shifts, delegate tasks, support team, handle issues.
• Attention to Detail: inspect vehicles, ensure wash quality, report issues and seek process improvements.
