Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience or team supervision background.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles into the wash lane safely and ensure proper positioning.
• Lead the shift, assign tasks, and provide guidance in the absence of management.
• Maintain wash quality by inspecting vehicles and addressing issues promptly.
