Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience in food service or retail, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Lead crew and other managers during shifts and ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments reach goals.
