McDonald’s restaurant (franchise) seeks a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness. You’ll plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure safety and profitability while coordinating with the next shift manager for smooth handoffs.

Experience in leadership within a restaurant or retail environment is preferred; applicants must be 18+ and ready to work in a fast-paced setting with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide direction to crew and other managers; uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety, security and profitability, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for department goals and support training and development of staff.
