Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments reach their goals.
