Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service that upholds our brand standards.

You will coach employees, manage performance, engagement and training initiatives, and work under the Store Leader to drive results. This role requires reliability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash control, security procedures, and inventory inspections.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise the operation of the

restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the leadership team in

providing support and coaching employees to ensure tasks are performed

effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests. You will lead

your employees through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. This

position operates under the direction of the Store Leader and directly manages

Summary Of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Profitability

• Follows all cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe
• Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory
