Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily ops, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and outstanding guest experiences at our Missouri location. You will train and mentor staff, enforce policies, and drive sales while achieving financial targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role in foodservice, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
