Slim Chickens is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast casual setting. You will help guests with fast, accurate, and friendly service while supporting the management team to uphold quality and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate well.
• Proficient math skills and comfort with numbers.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrates maturity and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant. (Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours)
• Assist in counting out cash registers.
• Assist in stocking shelves with inventory and product.
• Expedite food for guests.
• Follow directions of management.
• Comply with Company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Comply with state and federal laws governing safety and food handling.
