Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Crew Members to follow Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience.
• Set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate the team.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Support the training of crew members as requested and provide coaching.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant and resolve guest issues.
• Drive sales goals and ensure Brand standards are executed.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
