Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the restaurant during assigned shifts, supporting the RGM and AM in driving sales, profitability, guest service, and people development.

This role supervises Team Members, ensures fast and accurate product preparation and service, monitors inventory, cash handling, and adherence to brand standards, and coaches staff to improve performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• HS diploma or GED required; college courses preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Team Members during shifts to meet sales and operational goals.
• Ensure accurate and fast service while maintaining clean, safe dining areas.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and daily/weekly inventories.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold brand standards and shift plans to drive speed of service.
