Ontario Trillium Foundation, in partnership with Nonna's Good Life Pizza For All, seeks a Shift Lead to manage and develop crew members, ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service while controlling costs. You will follow standard operating policies and empower the team to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, training staff, enforcing safety procedures, resolving customer concerns, and communicating feedback to management.

Job Summary:

Leads a shift by managing and developing crew members to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for each shift.Follow standard DIY operating policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead crew members on shifts, including assigning tasks, providing feedback and training
• Know and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Execute all security procedures
• Hold the customer as the most important priority at all times
• Make customers really happy; resolve customer complaints/issues
• Empowers crew members to make sure all customers leave happy
• Communicate customer feedback to management
• Educate customers on products offered
• Complete all required training
• Adhere to all uniform and grooming standards
• Take accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions
• Execute new product rollouts including selling to customers and product execution
• Utilize cash control procedures
