Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role with constant customer interaction.
• Ability to coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer-specific changes.
• Experience delegating tasks to coworkers and coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse space.
• Direct team tasks and ensure store policies, safety, and service standards are met.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation according to recipes and customer needs.
