Responsibilities

• Direct an efficient workflow and assist the Store Manager in store operations.
• Lead the team to deliver Scooter’s Amazing customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Onboard and train new team members; develop relationships with staff.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed; handle cash and POS procedures.
