Scooter's Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and support the Store Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include developing team relationships, training new members, managing workflow, and maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Direct an efficient workflow and assist the Store Manager in operations.
• Lead the team to deliver Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience.
• Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Develop relationships with team members and motivate them.
• Execute cash handling, POS procedures, and store policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Serve as a keyholder and help with opening/closing.
