Qualifications

• One year in a leadership or trainer role in the restaurant or similar industry.
• Certified from a national food safety program.

Responsibilities

• Manages shifts using daily deployment sheet to ensure quality and service.
• Enforces restaurant policies and coaches team members.
• Ensures food safety practices and employment law compliance.
• Coaches and mentors to build a high‑performing team.
• Monitors safety, hazards, and workplace safety practices.
• Handles POS-based managerial duties and cash management.
• Monitors inventory to meet shift needs.
• Completes visitation reports on cleanliness and hospitality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
