Job summary

Burger King® is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Indiana to lead frontline teams on assigned shifts. You will ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety while coaching team members and solving problems in real time.

Under the RGM/AM, you’ll drive smooth shift execution, uphold brand standards, and keep guests satisfied with a positive, energetic service experience. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (restaurants, retail, etc.).
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to guest experiences, BK® standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK® standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
