Hospitality Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Leader to support the RGM and run robust shifts. This role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and mentoring teammates while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Eligible for benefits including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) with matching, and tuition assistance. Must be 18+, with prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, plus analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership to solve problems and seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members during shifts.
