A Taco Bell franchisee in Oswego, NY is looking for a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great, self-sufficient shifts on-site. You will take ownership of problems, guide team members, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, performing basic business math, and applying analytical decision-making. Benefits and regular scheduling help are offered by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Basic personal computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; guide others.
