Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in New York seeks a motivated Shift Leader to run great shifts, support the RGM, and deliver smooth operations on busy evenings. This role rewards ownership, problem solving, and hands-on leadership with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
Basic personal computer literacy.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability.
Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 80% of shift.
Background checks are run on all management employees.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; guide others as needed.
Be willing to provide help and guidance to others during shifts.
