Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a capable Shift Leader to run great shifts and support the restaurant leadership in Cortland, NY. The role requires ownership for shifts, quick problem-solving, and helping teammates to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong analytical skills, and reliable transportation. Flexibility in scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide help and guidance to others during shifts.
