Taco Bell franchise in Syracuse, NY is seeking a skilled Shift Leader to run great shifts and support the RGM by delivering fast, friendly service.

You will take ownership of shifts, solve problems, and guide team members while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability. Eligible candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and reliable transportation.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of basic business math and accounting.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
