Job summary

Auntie Anne’s Shift Leader position at Tanger Outlets Savannah is posted by Chestnut Land Company. The role directs restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent to uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food or retail is helpful
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures

Job Summary:

The Shift Lead’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
