WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to drive daily shift operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll guide staff, ensure safety, and deliver strong customer service while you promote the business and its values on site.

The role emphasizes leadership development, hands-on training provided, and opportunities to advance as the company grows. This is a dynamic, active position that keeps you engaged throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and HS diploma required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
