Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to guide daily shift operations, supervise teammates, and ensure top customer service across car wash activities.

This role emphasizes active leadership, safety, and smooth execution of opening/closing procedures, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
