Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and support a high-energy team in a fast-paced car wash environment.

The role offers starting pay of $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities to grow from within. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented culture are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)
