Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to lead daily operations, assist the team, and ensure top customer service. You will promote from within, participate in training, and help manage shift activities with a focus on safety and quality.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour plus biweekly tips. Flexible shifts, paid training, and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Availability evenings and weekends; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
