Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, lead a hands-on team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You will receive paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a starting pay of $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips. Join a team-focused store that values growth and internal promotion from within.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Complete incident reports and maintain operational documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Keep site clean, organized, and maintain wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.

What You'll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We're Looking For
