Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) to drive daily shift operations, oversee a team, and deliver excellent customer service. Training is provided, and promotions from within are encouraged, with a supportive, fast-growing environment.

You’ll lead the team on a busy shift, ensure safety and quality wash processes, and help customers choose packages and memberships while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends; strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
