Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time, active duties in Toledo. You’ll lead the shift, support a team, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training provided. The role offers growth from within, performance bonuses, and a supportive team culture that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
