WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a dynamic team. This full-time role offers opportunities to grow into management as the company expands, with paid training and a supportive work environment.

The position requires leadership experience, strong customer service, and the ability to stay active outdoors. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with benefits and a team-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required/preferred.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee team activities.
• Ensure team understands and completes their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers in choosing wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
