Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. You’ll supervise daily shift operations, support the team, and help drive customer satisfaction. This position offers growth opportunities within a hands-on, activity-rich environment.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and a focus on internal promotion. We provide performance bonuses and benefits as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For
