Job Description

Summary: Assists in daily oversight, coordination, and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Summary: Delivers excellent service, product, and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
  2. Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  3. Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
  4. Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders professionally and promptly.
  5. Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat business, including menu and specials information.
  6. Supports shift management.
  7. Communicates daily job assignments for each shift.
  8. Oversees pre-close functions, ensuring service and food quality standards are maintained.
  9. In the Front of the House (FOH): Oversees cash management duties, counts registers, tracks cash and coupons for accountability, and processes daily reports.
  10. In the Back of the House (BOH): Adheres to waste tracking procedures and food and labor cost practices.
  11. Supports upselling additional products.
  12. Masters Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing.
  13. Handles transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  15. Assists with inventory control and stock ordering.
  16. Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
  17. Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
  18. Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members.
  19. Proactively finds additional tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
  20. Assembles and folds boxes, affixes labels and promotional materials.
  21. Prepares various menu items, measures ingredients, and reads orders accurately.
  22. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work stations and storage areas.
  23. Transfers supplies and tools as needed.
  24. Labels and packs products as required.
  25. Alerts management to food shortages.
  26. Adheres to quality standards and company policies.
  27. Performs other duties as assigned.
