Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, lead a small team, and deliver outstanding guest service. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
