Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Keller, TX is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. You will oversee daily shift operations, support a team, ensure quality service, and help customers choose wash packages.

Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour plus biweekly tips; paid training; opportunities for promotion; flexible scheduling; benefits include insurance and 401(k); this is a doorway to leadership within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
