WhiteWater Express in Texas seeks a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead the shift, support a team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Starting pay is $17-$19 per hour plus biweekly tips. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive, team-oriented environment with growth from within.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Must pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise the team
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

What We're Looking For
